We believe in keeping it real.

At P23, you don’t have to clean yourself up to walk through the door. We believe the Shepherd meets us as we are and leads us into something deeper. Psalm 23 isn’t just a name—it’s a way of life. We believe that God restores, God guides, and God never leaves us hanging in the valley.

You’ll find verse-by-verse preaching, passionate worship, and a community that loves hard and laughs loud. Whether you’re church-raised, church-hurt, or brand new to the faith—there’s room for you here.

OUR VALUES

At the core of who we are, we live by three simple values:

Know God – Not religion. Not performance. Just Jesus.

Hear God – His voice still speaks. We make space to listen.

Obey God – We don’t just talk about it—we walk it out.

It’s not about religion—it’s about relationship. We want people to truly know God, not just know about Him. We create space to hear His voice, through His Word and His Spirit. And we challenge each other to obey—because transformation happens when we walk it out.

    We don’t follow religion—we follow a real God.

    We believe everything starts with knowing who He is, not just knowing about Him. This isn’t about checking church off a list. It’s about relationship. We were made to walk with Him, talk with Him, and live every moment in His presence.

    God’s not silent. The Shepherd still speaks.

    We believe God wants to speak to every person—through His Word, through His Spirit, and through a life of prayer. You don’t need a stage or a mic to hear Him—just a surrendered heart.

    We’re not about hype—we’re about holiness. Obedience isn’t legalism; it’s love in action. When God speaks, we move. When He leads, we follow. That’s how real faith lives.

OUR PASTORS

Stacy and Jackie Julian

Stacy and Jackie Julian are the Lead Pastors of P23, beginning in a living room with their three children—Ava, Christian, and Josh—and a whole lot of prayer.

What started as a simple family gathering has grown into a church centered on the Word of God, the presence of the Holy Spirit, the fear of the Lord, and the truth that the Lord is our Shepherd.

Stacy and Jackie have been married for over two decades and have served in ministry for more than 20 years. They carry a deep love for discipleship, healthy families, and seeing the next generation rise up to know God and walk in His ways. Their desire is to help people grow in their relationship with Jesus and build lives firmly rooted in His Word.

P23 is a place where people can encounter Jesus and grow in their faith. When you come to P23, we pray you find what Psalm 23 promises—rest, restoration, and The Shepherd who knows your name.
